About Salik Himmati

Salik Himmati is a native Californian, born and raised in the Bay Area. Salik got exposed firsthand to the ins and outs of the Bay Area housing market from a really young age. This interest in real estate is what led Salik to pursue his first internship, while still attending Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, where he was a BIM Intern at Sanveo. As an intern, Salik was able to understand the commercial side of real estate and hone his skills with building information modeling.

While attending the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Salik was able to land a Project Intern position at Riaz Capital where he gained exposure to residential and commercial real estate, development, marketing, leasing, property management, and construction. This experience had a profound impact on his career path as it allowed him to be adept at understanding the housing market successfully and these skills are what ultimately drove Salik to become a REALTOR®.

Aside from his professional career, Salik is an adrenaline junky. He loves snowboarding, whitewater rafting, cliff jumping, and many other extreme sports. In fact, he has an African Grey parrot and a Bengal kitten at home!
